Saturday 10 October

The big day: hunts, talks, trophy and auction

Saturday is packed with tours, talks, token hunts, raffles, the memorial trophy presentation and the main auction night.

7:00 am

Breakfast

Carisbrook Lions Club and the Wild Little Asian food van will be serving food
Hot drinks at Coffee to Di for.

7:30 am

Registration opens at the Registration Gazebo.

8:30 am

Ticket Sales

Token Hunt tickets for both Adult and Kids.
Treasure Hunt, Guess The Weight and other activities will be available.

9:00 am - 9:45 am

Token Hunt One

meet at the tree in the centre of the courtyard (area marked) or at the token hunt area ‘wait here’ sign.

9:45 am - 10:00 am

Lead Nugget Hunt

Kick off of this new activity – more information to come!

10:00 am - 10:30 am

Kids (16 years & under) Token Hunt

meet at the tree in the centre of the courtyard (area marked) or at the token hunt area ‘wait here’ sign.

11:00 am - 12:00 pm

Talk - Andrew Bales

Andrew Bales from the Weekend Prospector (7mate) will be giving a talk

12:00 pm - 1:00 pm

Lunch Break

Carisbrook Lions Club or Crazy Little Asian van near the Recreation Room

1:00 pm - 2:00 pm

Talk - Cayden Shannon

Cayden Shannon from Aussie Gold Hunters will do a talk about - Prospecting from a younger generations viewpoint

2:00 pm - 3:00 pm

Talk - John Tully

John Tully from John Tully Gold Maps will be giving a talk

3:00 pm - 3:45 pm

Token Hunt Two

Stake Your Claim

Activity conducted at the Volleyball area, visitors in this activity need to meet in the middle of the courtyard.
Buy your claims at the Merchandise Gazebo on Saturday. $10 per claim – please bring your claim ticket

4:30 pm - 5:00 pm

Meat Raffle Draw

5:00 pm - 5:30 pm

Presentation - Jim Stewart Memorial Trophy.

The Jim Stewart Memorial Trophy will be presented by Robyn Stewart

6:00 pm - 7:30 pm

Roast Dinner cooked by the Carisbrook Lions Club.

Adult tickets $22.00 Children $15 BYO (Purchase dinner tickets at registration desk).
Wild Little Asian Street Food van will have meals & chicken nuggets for the kids

Note:Don’t forget your plate, utensils, drink & camp chair.

7:30 pm

AUCTION

Credit Card facilities will be available
Pay for and Pick up Auction purchases on the night.

Sunday 11 October

Final talks, raffles and close

Sunday winds down with more activities, final talks, winner announcements and the closing of the Bash.
